What is OmniCheap Hosting
OmniCheap Hosting is a Server Hosting Provider providing an all-in-one affordable hosting solution for those wishing to purchase only the resources they need at that specific time. This allows customers to pay less and upgrade later when the need arises.

What are the forms of payments that you accept?
At this time we only accept payment via credit/debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We may choose to accept other forms of payment in the future and will update this FAQ and make a notice announcing the new payment method.

Are the prices advertised for packages the final price or are there any hidden costs?
The prices that you see and agree to when you create your account and choose your package is the price you'll pay for the life of the account. There are not hidden fees; the price that is paid is the price you pay until you upgrade/downgrade or cancel your services; even if the price for that package changes in the future.

What is the benefit for starting off with a small web hosting package instead of just purchasing the Unlimited one?
You could purchase our Unlimited shared hosting package and that's okay. But can you confidently state that you will end up using an amount of storage that warrants your choice? Most of the time, standard websites are small and don't require that much space; you could be wasting money on a package you didn't need in the first place! With OmniCheap Hosting, we allow you to start off small with a healthy amount of resources that'll get you going; thus allowing you to pay a fraction of what you would have had to end up paying. Choose the package with the resources that you need now not later on. Save your money for something more important and choose a smaller package... you can always upgrade to a larger one later on when you need it.

What do you mean when you say unlimited or unmetered?
Unlimited and unmetered go hand-in-hand. Unlimited means that the resource in question isn't limited and you can use as much or as little as you wish. Unmetered usually describes the bandwidth that is used when visitors visit your site or you transfer data to and from the web server. Unmetered means we do not meter (or limit) the amount of data transfer going to and from the site. We will never limit the bandwidth to any of our plans and resources that are unlimited and are free to be used in any amount by you. Please note that in certain rare circumstances, we may limit certain resources that are found to be in high demand or abused. Please take a look at our Terms of Service as it relates to what it means when we supress certain resources.

What are parked domains and what are addon domains?
Parked domains are domain names that you "park" on a web server to either store for later use or to point to your primary domain name's directory on the server. cPanel may classify parked domains as "Aliases". Addon domains are domains that you configure on a server to point to different directories. Those directories will be treated as root directories to the addon domain; thus allowing you to have multiple websites located on a single account. We classify addon domains as "Hosted Websites".
